The Redskins Won, but at least the Cowboys are Scum

A frigid good morning to reader(s) of Stroock's Books. Right now, the temp is 10 degrees, American, because screw Europe. Canada too. 

We have a delayed school opening here due to icy conditions and frigid temps. 

This part of New Jersey got close to six inches of snow yesterday. We cleared it without issue and cleared a few neighbors' driveways too. Then we loaned our snowblower to Dave. Cleared the snow off the satellite dish without rolling off the roof. Dad score: Superior. 

We allowed ourselves a drink last night, Blue Spot Irish Whisky, which we found in our liquor cabinet. Don't ask us how it got there. 

First World Problems, as Ace would say. We found the source of our fruit fly infestation, a sack of potatoes in kitchen the pantry. The fruit fly nest was terminated with extreme prejudice, by taking the sack of potatoes and tossing them in the outside garbage. There's a Soviet joke in there someplace. 

New York Sports suck hole. The Giants looked bad in their 29-21 loss to the Commanders. The Jets looked worse in their 48-20 loss to the Jaguars. The Giants have lost 8 in a row and right now would have the #1 pick in next year's draft. However, they already have a good, young QB, Jaxon Dart. Hmmm...

Mrs. Stroock's Eagles took care of business against the hapless Raiders of Las Vegas, whom they shutout 31-0. The defense looked, [Big, strong and tough?-Ed] big, strong and tough. They allowed...75 yards total. Again, against the hapless Raiders. Nevertheless....see 'get right game' in your NFL dictionary.

Hallelujah! The Vikings defeated the Cowboys last night. We had zero faith the Scandi bastards could pull off an upset, yet here we are.  We have seen every damn Cowboys game this season, NFL. Every dam game. Stop leg humping the Dallas Cowboys, NFL. Stop. Stop it!

What can we really add to the Bondi Beach Massacre discourse? When one demonizes Israel one demonizes Jews, Prime Minister Albanese. The authorities let in the terrorists, and the police 'froze' according to eyewitnesses. The state will not protect you. Once more,  remember the name: Ahmed (Mustafa?) al Ahmed, the righteous gentile who disarmed one of the terrorists.  

Hot Air: 'They are Globalizing the Intifada.' You know, a few years ago one of Mrs. Stroock's cousins married an Israeli man. He was staying over their house and insisted on looking around to make sure it was safe, rocket/missile ready. 'You know, R, you don't have to do that here.' Well now you do have to do that here. It's one thing for Jews to be unsafe on the Continent. The Euro will always revert to his norm. But the Anglosphere, the English speaking world is supposed to be better, more civilized. Britain, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, even America are unsafe for Jews. We've always said there's never been a better place for Jews than America. We're not so sure now.
