Will Recalls or Doesn't

The first day of school went off swimmingly. So did the first day of dance. It's been 18 months since we had the house to ourselves for 6 or 7 hours. Felt kinda weird.

We opened up The Final Storm and got to work. The opening chapter shows the Soviets; the Politburo, Backfire pilots, nuclear silo guys, etc etc. The chapter needed a lot of work. We'll go back through it today. We'll also be printing out a couple of copies of The Great Nuclear War of 1975. We've got a beta reader in the neighborhood. Ok, we did a little work on The Weser too. 

This blog does not necessarily believe the California recall polls. Nevertheless, we expect Newsome to win or 'win'. What difference does it make? What could Larry Elder really do in Sacramento? California cannot be saved. Nor does it deserve saving. Expect to see serious secession calls from the red counties. We can tell from here in New Jersey. That might be the solution. California, you deserve Gavin Newsom. 

Mark Steyn excoriates George W Bush. Quite right. The nice thing stopped working about 2003, George. This blog wonders why it defends a man who wouldn't defend himself, or us. There's a reason Jeb got 3% of the vote in the 2016 GOP primary. 

The New York Post reports on AOC and the rest of the communists at the Met Gala. Done up hair, curve hugging white dress....sorry fellas, AOC is totally hot. Friday Anniversaries, Collusion and Flags

This is the big day, 7/16/21. Twenty years ago today Mrs. Stroock and ourselves moved to a quaint and rustic farmhouse in bucolic Peapack, New Jersey. We knew we'd been living in Northern Virginia too long because people were complaining about a heat wave and we didn't think it was that bad. Anyway, we lived in Peapack for four years till moving to Bridgewater. 

Ah....the summer of 2001. The summer of the shark. We remember everything; Gary Condit, Corey Stringer, the whole bag, The calm before the storm. It was our first semester back to school at American Military University, online.  It felt great to be back in the New York Metro Area. We could watch the Yankees. We were around Italian people again, there was a curious lack of them in Northern Virginia, which explains the mediocre Pizza. We used to go to Pizza Hut. We went to a game at Shea Stadium and saw Barry Bonds. 

We told Mrs. Stroock about the big day, her reply was, 'And?'

Now more than ever, it is time to liberate Cuba. This blog has no doubt that the boys of the 82nd Airborne Division will be welcomed as liberators. Seriously though, we saw the Squad's head communist, AOC, called the embargo cruel. That's stupid, because so is AOC. Send her home to Venezuela [She's from Yorktown, two towns over from where you grew up, knobhead-Ed]. But despite being a dumb brunette, AOC has a point. What has the embargo ever accomplished?

Moving on to another War of Liberation. We listened to a MINT Press livestream about the Cuba situation and the US in general, and one of the interviewees claimed that US law mandated an invasion of the Netherlands if an American was ever detained and tried by the International Criminal Court. That would be so cool. We could send the 82nd and 101st to Eindhoven and Nijmegen just to reminisce. 

What Will's Watching, The Godfather. We're probably not the only ones here that watched the Godfather* movies on AMC the other day. We were always confused by the final scene in the Godfather II, where the film flashes back to December 7th 1941. Okay, the Japs attack Pearl Harbor on Vito's birthday, Carlo meets Connie. We learn Michael joins the Marines. Is Coppola telling us that Michael will do what he has to do? We pondered this the other night and then realized what Coppola is trying to show us. Vito arrives and everyone gets up to greet him, except Michael, who remains at the table, alone. In the end, Michael will always be alone. 

The boat is in the water. We admit it felt good to drive it from the boat ramp across the lake to our dock. But we'll be damned if we get back in that thing. The bilge is busted and we need to put a new one in. On the drive back, a wheel came off the trailer. When we say that thing is haunted by our grandmother, we mean that thing is haunted by our grandmother. Man, she really doesn't like that boat. Do not mess with southern women. EVER.

Friday's Juneteenth Flag and Russian Collusion.

We are posting this and then heading out to Newark/Liberty to pick up Mrs. Stroock. Yay!.

A great day at the gym.  We were wondering why we're not quite getting to where we want on the treadmill. Yesterday we wore new sneakers and voila! We were gliding like a gazelle across the Serengeti. We started at 3.7, got to 4.0 no problem and gradually escalated till we finished off at 4.5. Four miles. It was a great run, the best in a month. Step by step we just gobbled up the mileage. Our feet are sore this morning.

Previously she accused Israel of ‘hypnotizing the world’ and claimed that American support for Israel is, ‘all about the Benjamins’, Benjamin Franklin being on the $100 bill.. Republicans have been quick to condemn Omar’s remarks....' Click to continue colluding. Our KGB handler often asks, 'Why all the fuss about Israel?' He assures us that people in Russia couldn't care less about Israel. They are more concerned with near abroad. There's nothing quite like waking up and seeing the article you submitted before bed in print, or pixel anyway.

The New York Post (the cities' paper of record) reports former NYPD cop Eric Adams is leading the mayoral race, but: 'Pollster John McLaughlin cautioned that while Adams may be in the driver’s seat, Wiley and Garcia loom large in his rearview mirror down the stretch to what could be a photo finish, particularly with more than a fifth of respondents still undecided.' If you want to see NYC crawl out of De Blasio's crime ridden socialist cesspit, Adams is your man. But if you want to see NYC sink further into the abyss, there's Maya Wiley. She's a crazy lady endorsed by AOC. Think London Breed, or dare we say, Lori Lightfoot. Wiley's election would be just the excuse Governor Murphy (for whom we will almost certainly vote) needs to destroy the Hudson River crossings. 

We don't know who the GOP nominee is, we don't care. This is also a ranked choice election. Read The Post's explanation if you want. We have twice and we still don't get how it works. This blog doesn't foresee any post-election problems...noooooo. This blog renews its call for NYC to be nuked from orbit. It's the only way to be sure. 

Well what do you know, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett spent a few years of his youth in Teaneck, New Jersey. It's hard to be more Northern New Jersey than Teaneck. It's just a few minutes from the George Washington Bridge. When readers from the nice parts of America think of New Jersey (like in the Coneheads movie), they're thinking of Teaneck. 

There is no reason why Republicans shouldn't embrace Juneteenth. The GOP is and always has been the party of Civil Rights. The Dems are the party of Davis and Forrest, Wallace, Byrd and Biden. Remember, if you didn't vote for Mass Incarceration Joe, then you ain't black. His words.  To this very day the Democrat Party wants to make sure black kids are kept in Black schools and away from the white kids in white schools. This blog hopes Mitch McConnell takes to the Senate floor to make just that point.

This is also exactly how socialism works. Back in the good old days of the Soviet Union, as Bernie, the NYTs and AOC would have it, Soviet factories had quotas to meet. If a shoe factory had to make ten thousand pairs of shoes, to ensure they met the quota they'd make ten thousand left foot shoes one month, and ten thousand right foot shoes the next. 

Nobody can say the quota wasn't met.

During the Great Patriotic War, officers could fulfill their mission to say, cross a river, by sending their entire regiment across, where the poor bastards would be annnhilated by the Germans. But the river was crossed. The Order of Lenin Medal was sure to follow.

Bernie's people are doing the same thing here, slashing hours and eventually staff. But nobody can say Bernie isn't paying his saps and suckers $15 an hour.

Trump to the Squad: Drop Dead

Last night Trump excoriated Pelosi's Gang of Four, or the Squad as they're being called, using these cretins own words to paint them as America hating communist race-baiters. They're the face of the Democrat party now.

Then he mocked the Dems for trying to impeach him.

God I do love Trump. I do love him so.

By the way, Trump's gotten a four point bump in the Rasmussen poll.

He's going to force Pelosi to deal with these people and split the Democrats.

No one in congress has had a week this bad since the New Gingrich budget disaster of 1995.

Pelosi Deranged, Damaged

Breitbart has the skinny on the House floor pandemonium and Pelosi's humiliation. 

The Dems had hoped to split the GOP, but no. The House caucus stayed united. As did the Dem Caucus- in support of the Jew hater Ilhan Omar.

A few of our old House staffer friends said they'd never seen anything like it.

We ourselves phoned or own Congressman Tom Malinowski and argued with a staffer (intern most likely) for a few minutes, who fed us a bowl of first-rate bullshit. Yes, we're becoming one of those cranks.

Anyway, with one stupid resolution the House Dems are on record supporting Pelosi's Gang of Four. They are the face of the Democrat party. Has anyone seen the polling data on these cretins? It's brutal.

Meanwhile Chuck Schumer, the worst Jew in America, says he supports founding a commission to look into slavery reparations.

It's almost as if Trump understands how media works.

Just a disastrous day for the Democrats.

Beware Enemies of the Jew

There's an anti-BDS bill making its way through congress.

Up until yesterday, the bill had the support of Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer, otherwise the worst Jew in America.

The Juden hass of freshwomen like Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar has made Amy Schumer's uncle aware of a yuuuge rift in his own party. 

As noted previously, Congress-palestinian Rashida Tlaib wiped Israel off her office map, no doubt in anticipation of doing so for real. She's also claimed that the Jew is using the black as muscle.*

AOC, Ilhan and Tlaib are the ice in the crack.

The old line Dems more or less support Israel. The new, young hip Millennial Dems like Ms. Venezuela do not.

For a generation now, support for Israel has been holy-writ amongst the GOP elite and base.

Now not so much with the Dems. Even so 80% of American Jews voted Dem in the last election.

Are the Imam's wrong? Is the Jew not as clever as they believe? Perhaps so in America.

The Hebrews are God's chosen people. Muslims would interpret this as a blessing and mark of superiority. For Jews it's a burden. The history of the Jewish people is the history of suffering and almost all Jewish holidays can be summed up thusly, 'They tried to kill us. They failed. Let's eat.'

Nevertheless, the Jew is still here.
