Blue Wave Test Case: AZ

Breitbart points out that two polls for Tuesday's special House election in Arizona say two different things. One poll has a tied race, the other has the GOP ahead by ten. Breitbart goes on to talk about analysis, methodologies, etc.

Here's what we say. Usually when one looks at polls of polls, if a candidate is in the lead, the poll of polls starts with a poll showing him tied. The next poll will show the candidate slightly ahead, the next one well ahead and so on.

We say there will be no blue wave and the GOP wins decently Tuesday.

We'll see.
