Folks, this Saga-segment plays out across a Stage of literally tens of Degrees of Latitude, and of Longitude, which this retired Seismic Surveyor experienced several times due to wintertime flights from Calgary, Alberta to Canada's High Arctic Ocean, and its Islands.
The logistics delays were very annoying, with response times for needed parts ranging up to a week. The travel times, plus the difficulties that come with getting correct ammo, parts, and fuel to different ships, and ground units, are skated past in this Saga-segment, with a few well-written vignettes of Kiwi, and of Aussie soldiers stubbornly refusing to lose, embedded in the lesser scenes like too few cherries in a scantilly planned Black Forest cake.
This long-time fan of the F-111, and of the nifty Douglas naval bomber, is not much delighted by the few scenes given to their abilities...
