On Renaming Army Bases

We're told there are ten army bases named after Confederate generals. We really don't care, but why have we named army bases after losers like John Bell Hood and Braxton Bragg?*Is there a Fort Horatio Gates? A Fort George McClellan? A Fort Rick Sanchez?

If we're going to rename those forts here are some ideas:

Fort Arthur MacArthur (Doug's dad, won the Philippine Insurrection)
Fort Hunter Liggett (there's already a small base named after him)
Fort Joseph Dickman (Commanded 3rd Army in WWI)
Fort Robert Lee Bullard (Commanded 2nd Army in WWI)
Fort Nathanael Greene (Washington's #2 man)
Fort Frederick Franks (Norm's left hook)
Fort David Petraeus (Won Iraq Insurgency)
Fort Winfield Scott (Victor in the War with Mexico, also authored Anaconda Plan)
Fort Sherman (Do I really need to explain this one?)
Fort Grant (ditto)

Oh, and let the left object and let it burn. Say it with me, like Lord Humngus. Let. It. Burn.

*Please, please tell us there isn't a Fort Forrest someplace.
