Somerset County Education Association to Parents: Drop Dead

Via NJ.com the Somerset County Education Association marched against going back to work:
Dozens of teachers from across New Jersey took to the streets Thursday in downtown Somerville to urge Gov. Phil Murphy to reverse his decision to resume in-person instruction, and instead make the coming school year virtual. The protest was organized by the Somerset County Education Association (SCEA), with NJ21 United, a grassroots education advocacy group. School districts in New Jersey must submit reopening plans to the state education department. Some administrators have already announced plans, which vary widely from having just one half day of in-person instruction to five-day-a-week classes and frequent coronavirus testing for students.
Yeah...it doesn't look like we're going to have a full school day here in Bridgewater.

We spent a good chunk of the spring undoing Common Core math, carry the one! Our work was done by 10:30 usually. We added music, reading, and tried to watch a doc to keep the girls busy till noon. We did pretty well.

When we go back to school on a truncated schedule, and to be honest we're not sure we're going back at all, we're sending the bastards an invoice.
