World War 1990: The Weser has ten stars for a 5-star rating average and has cracked the top 75 in its Amazon category. All is set. This book is going to be a winner. One reviewer said The Weser was the best in the series. Sales are climbing and it looks like we'll be able to afford that new boat after all. We are among the very best at what we do.
We've all heard that Batgirl was so bad the studio cancelled it. A commenter asked why the studio didn't know the movie was terrible until audience tests. We shrug. When we write a book, we've no idea if it's going to sell and if readers are going to like it.
When we finish a novel we think, 'Okay, we wrote it the way we wrote the last one. It feels more or less the same and has all the same stuff. There's plenty of tanks and explosions and whatnot. It should sell...' and then we shrug in the most Mediterranean way possible allowed by the laws of physics.
The Great Salvation of 1976 has a different feel than The Great Nuclear War of 1975. People really liked the former. We've no idea how they'll feel about the latter. We have people reading 76 right now to let us now. We tremble in fear.
The Weser is the best book you have written so far I enjoyed it more than any other it's the first book of any author I started reading and couldn't put down till finished read it all in on day the only regret is it wasn't longer
