Okay my fellow MAGA hats. Explain to me how Trump wins. And no, because 2016 isn't an answer. This ain't 2016. You can't because he can't. If you support Trump (who won in 2020) in 2024, you're letting the Dems choose the GOP nominee. 

Passover begins Wednesday night. Preparations have begun. Eat it, Pharoh. 

We shaved the beard. This morning our face was cold, as it's still on 30 degrees outside. 

Plenty of yardwork yesterday, once more keeping with our plan to find something to do on weekend afternoons. We got to break out the chainsaw again, which was fun. [Are you 12? Ed?]

Watching the Phillies and Rangers last night with baseball's new pitch clock rules. At 9:30 we looked up and saw they were in the 9th inning.* Well fuck all, the new rules are working. 

Bud Light honors man Dylan Mulvaney as woman. We don't care. Bud Light is piss-water. If you drink Bud Light, we don't want you reading Stroock's Books. 

It feels good to be working on another World War 1990: The Final Storm chapter. 'Uh, Mr. President, no one at the Kremlin is answering the phone. But Number 10 Downing Street is on the line...' Let's get to it. Time for an 80's training montage.

Monday Metal, Monday Bad Metal, or Grunge anyway. This clever video is titled, 'What Pearl Jam sounds like to people who don't like Pearl Jam'. It's only 45 seconds:

Yeah...30 years ago right now they were all the rage. There were only four Grunge bands that mattered. Pearl Jam was probably the best, and Nirvana was the least talented of them all.  After the Hair Metal era, Grunge had to happen, okay. Grunge was a breath of fresh air. It died quickly, thank the Many Faced God. The other day at the gym we ended up listening to most of the Pearl Jam songs we've liked for the last 30 years. One week we'll do a Pearl Jam week. That week is not this week. Back they go for another year till we're on the treadmill and thinking, we need to hear something different.
