Saturday Updates

A torrential downpour last night which kept waking us, followed by schlepping Oldest Daughter to her Model UN meeting way the fuck down in Princeton this morning. Nerds....Interestingly, word has gotten out amongst Oldest Daughter's friends that when you get a ride with her, be prepared for the 'car interview'. They might as well get in the car and say, 'I'm Agit. My family is from Bengal and my favorite Star Wars movie is Return of the Jedi.'

We haven't been to the gym since last Monday. We just haven't been in the mood. We're also tired of the hour of cardio and seeing diminishing returns. We need to figure out what we're going to do. Already we feel puffed and blimpy, which is a problem in of itself.

The things.

Our people continue work on the new cover for World War 1990: Polish Storm.

Our people have also finished work on the new interior for Pershing in Command. It's uploaded and ready.

Natural Segue...Our interview with Footsteps of the Fallen podcast airs tomorrow.

All....riiiight...Now....we had an epiphany at the bus stop yesterday about World War 1990: The Final Storm. The other dads and grandpas assembled there actually saw the light go on above our head. What if we stopped trying to describe events from the SAS raid on REDACTED till the end of the book, and just axed all that and jumped from the end of the raid to Admiral Crowe getting ready to meet with General Akhromyev to discuss a permanent ceasefire? Yes. [That's a hell of a run on sentence, Yank-Ed]. Why yes, yes it is. And Yes we shall. The IRA can make Maggie really angry at the beginning of World War 1990: Thatcher's War.
