Bibi's Back!

Not much sun yesterday here at the beach but no rain till late in the evening. Overall we were lucky. And today, well, here comes the sun. The weather gizmo is predicting rainy mornings the next two days. However, usually the weather predictions get better as the week goes on and given previous predictions of a washout, we'll trade rainy mornings for sunny afternoons. We'll keep our fingers crossed.

Prime Minister Netanyahu is in Washington. It says much about our current political crisis that Bibi is Mr. Stability among this bunch of cretins after having run four elections in 2 1/2 years. Reader(s) don't need us to tell them what's happening in Washington is deeply weird and wrong. We will listen to any conspiracy theory about what's really happening behind the scenes. Exit question: did Jeffrey Epstein kill himself? If not, believe accordingly. 

As Bibi was landing, the IDF was kicking the crap out of Hamas in Rafah and Khan Yunis. Also, sources we follow think Israel has badly damaged Hezbollah's leadership. IDF service chiefs want a deal. At this point we could live with a hostage deal that includes a 6-week truce [Oh, that's good of you -Ed]. At the very least, the IDF could use a break. 

Sales of World War 1990: Norway, are great, soaring. They're the wind beneath the wings of the rest of the World War 1990 series. This is our best Kindle sale and KU stream month of the year, and the month ain't over yet. We'll put it this way, this month's book sales are paying for the vacation we're on. Fun fact, Germany is now our #4 market. You suck, Canada. 

This morning we'll finish editing Ambush at Lingayen Gulf and we'll send it in tomorrow. Given the success of Standoff at San Miguel, we are optimistic about Lingayen's chances. If it's rejected, we may just do a compilation of alternate WWII stories. Why not?

We've gotten some beach reading in. We understand how the IRA was organized and operated. Respectfully, because we actually dreamt IRA goons paid us a visit and told us to stop writing Thatcher's War, the IRA is basically a commie terrorist organization. We still haven't quite worked out if Jerry Adams and Martin McGuinness should be meeting to discuss the situation in Thatcher's War. But overall, progress.
