Good morning from cloudy but dry LBI. We had a glorious day in the sun yesterday. The evening sky was cloudy with just a touch of orange and pink showing through to bayside. On our right sat a gaggle of teenage girls. On our left stood a late 20ish couple, both well appointed, obviously enjoying the sunset after a nice dinner. Suddenly, the gentlemen reached into his pocket and got down on one knee. 'Oh boy,' we said and nudged Mrs. Stroock. The young lady said yes. The teenage girls looked on like it was the greatest thing they'd ever seem. Oldest Daughter took several photos and air dropped them to the happy couple.
So they finally drove old Joe down. Our thoughts [Such as they are-Ed]....As we said, November is a long way away...this whole thing stinks....angkor has and will orchestrate the result it wants...the ascension of Kamala certainly changes the Democrat vibe...it will not change the Trump vibe...The press will spend the next days lauding old Joe and extolling Kamala...expect a Dem bump in the polls....We've no idea what this means in the long term...Do note that Kamala has never been popular...also, Joe's record is Kamala's record...we await events.
