We awoke this morning with a touch of...something or other in our left foot, like it's jammed or something. Damn it. We already have an appointment with a rheumatologist* on Monday. Maybe they'll have a few ideas. Ah, there we go, it's loosening up. 

Prime Minister Netanyahu is en-route to NYC today. His plane is avoiding European airspace for fear of arrest. Europeans are just dumb enough to do it. Bibi will address the UN tomorrow, lord knows what he'll say. 

Hot Air has a write up of Trump's latest peace proposal. Nut graf, as the J-School losers would say: hostages released, Hamas out of Gaza, pan-Arab administration. Why would anyone in the Arab world want anything to do with Gaza? 

Meanwhile Steve Witkoff says he's optimistic a Gaza ceasefire deal can get done soonish. Sorry, but our read is that this guy doesn't get much done at all.

No, annexing the West Bank is not a good idea. We assume this talk is diplomatic posturing from Jerusalem. 

Okay, the IDF has surrounded Gaza City and his squeezing it. Let's say the Israelis wipe out Hamas in Gaza City. Then what? We don't know. 

Gaza's a tough nut to crack, but so is Yemen. The Houthis launched another drone attack at Israel yesterday, wounding several. The Israelis will conduct some impressive air strikes in retaliation. But the Houthis don't seem to care. It's almost as if they like the pain. There we go...the Israelis are bombing again. The attack is called Operation Passing Package, they say. We're sure it sounds more impressive in the original Hebrew.

*We had a hell of a time trying to spell rheumatologist. Hell of a time.
