Good morning, Citizens of the Stroockonian Empire. Hail Stroock!
We had to turn on the heat this morning. Temps will revert this weekend though, damn it.
Lookie here, after we excoriated the rheumatologist in the post-visit survey, they want to do a follow up visit. Lol, get fucked.
Mark Steyn, as is his wont, is right. There is no future for Jews in the YooKay. Time to get out. Anti-Jewish terror is already happening in the United States too. Remember those two Israeli embassy employees murdered earlier this year? Reminder, our synagogue has armed security during the High Holy Days, and we ourselves keep our head up during services. Manchester today is New York City after Mamdani becomes mayor.
Related...Bibi sticks it to the YooKay after the Manchester Synagogue ramming/stabbing attack. '"As I warned at the UN: weakness in the face of terrorism only brings more terrorism. Only strength and unity can defeat it."' Kier Starmer is a disgrace, and so is modern Britain. We're glad we got to see it one last time.
Also...Polls in Israel are all over the place. Some put Bibi and his Coalition ahead. Some put Bennett and the Opposition ahead. Our own sense is that if/when Bibi gets the hostages back and Hamas out of Gaza, he'll be hard to beat.
The Gaza flotilla is no longer a thing. But don't worry, a new flotilla is underway. If I'm Hamas, I pack one of these boats with terrorists, and explosives and attack an Israeli navy ship as it pulls alongside. Hamas could also sink a couple of the boats and blame the Israelis.
Sports Wrap: Last night, for the first time in...years...we sat down and watched the Yankees. Rookie pitcher Cam Schlittler gave a commanding, dominate pitching performance as good as we've ever seen in the post season. Eight innings, no runs. Fun.
Jersey Beat: Democrat Mickie Sherrill's message remains muddled and confused. Now she's back tracking on raising the state's sales tax. Tim Pool has an interesting conversation with the great Jack Posobiec about the New Jersey gubernatorial race. Poso is a southeastern PA guy, just across the Delaware. So he has a good feel for the state. He thinks Jersey can swing red. Tim Pool plays Sherrill's horrible answer to Charlemagne's stock question. Sherrill's horrible, meandering answer is another sign of a bad campaign. Temper your expectations...The New Jersey Globe reports that the GOP is gaining new voters, but the Dems still have an edge of over a million registrants. Scott Pressler white courtesy phone. Scott Pressler white courtesy phone....no, the white phone.
DOGE Report: Our last Orange Order Lodge mug (ordered about 2009) broke this morning. We set it down but missed the coffee table. We feel like we let down Cromwell and the Duke of Schomberg. This is probably a sign that we should get off our butt and finish World War 1990: Thatcher's War. We're reading through it right now!
