Have Babies, Feminism is Always Bad for Women

Sensible woman points out the obvious, feminist harpies freak out:
Kirstie Allsopp has slammed young couples who wait until their thirties to have children.

The Location, Location, Location presenter, 47, took to Twitter on Wednesday to urge women in their twenties not to wait until they 'have more money or feel ready', and to save their money for 'proper childcare', instead of splashing on lavish weddings and expensive houses.

Expressing her frustration at millennials who tell her they want 'a few more years of fun', she argued that 'nothing will ever be more fun than children'.
Let me go into Dad mode here...

[Oh god-Ed]

Listen up young people, Allsopp is absolutely right. What are you waiting for?

There is never a 'right' time to have kids. You just have 'em and roll with it.

For those wondering, Mrs. Stroock and I had our first at 33 and 30. We waited till we bought a house... a year and a half later, bam! From there on we had them in three year intervals.

[Now that's what I call planned parenthood-Ed]

Not having kids becuase you're worried about the lifestyle change is just stupid. Eventually you're not going to care about staying out till 4 AM on Saturday night, at least we hope not. And so do your parents.

Given all the worries people have about Millennials, we wonder if having kids might not be good for your generation. Sometimes you just need a little responsibility to set you straight.

And you young fellas, at some point you have to stop running around half-cocked like an idiot and grow up.*

Back to Allsopp, someone named Charlotte Kenrick told her to, 'Stop telling women in their 20s they're running out of time to have kids. It so damaging.'

You know what's damaging women in their 20's, Charlotte? Feminism. Feminism is always bad for women.

Feminism is Always Bad for Women

The Blaze tells us that #metoo is fracturing the workplace:
There were men who specifically said I will not hire a woman going forward,” he explained.

Those who said they would hire a woman said they would not travel with one, and they, more importantly they would not engage in activities after business hours,” Taylor added.

And you know oftentimes, that’s when the relationships are built,” he continued, “after hours dinners with clients, et cetera, trips, I’m a lawyer for example, and you know, you’re the associate, and the partner won’t travel with you for fear that it could be perceived, or he could be subject to a sexual harassment claim.”
We already know that a young man can't meet girls in college for fear of alcohol fueled rape allegations. Now he can't meet women in the workplace. What is a young man to do?

Feminism is of a course a movement of unhappy lesbian women determined to make other women as unhappy as they are. Feminism's secondary goal is to drive a wedge between men and women. The long term result is frustrated young men turning to porn, and miserable young women who can't find men. This leaves a vast ocean of unhappy and vulnerable young women in which Lesbian sharks can hunt.

We are reminded of the vitriol and hatred that Andrew Sullivan had for Sarah Palin. Excitable Andi spent years trying to prove Sarah Palin didn't really give birth to Trig Palin. You see, Palin is smart, self made, and beautiful. At the same time her husband Todd is a real man's man. An oilfield and steel worker, a do-it-yourselfer, who races the Iditarod for fun. Andi just couldn't help himself.

So the workplace goes #metoo. A young woman in the office won't have a reason to splash a little perfume on her wrist, put a little extra curl in her hair, or perhaps just a touch of swish in her walk. The young men will be to afraid to ask her out. And rightly so. Instead she'll work longer hours and come home to her empty apartment.

Feminism is ALWAYS bad for women.

Feminism is Always bad for Women

Natasha Pearlman is a super-important jet-set magazine editor type.

She's also 8 months pregnant and upset that men won't give up their seat for her:
One of the benefits women have accomplished through feminism is the ability to be treated equally, despite the fact that we’re growing a human inside of us. I hate the idea my physical ‘condition’ could ever be perceived as a hindrance.
But:
However, much as I would like to deny it, there does come a stage at which biology intervenes — and other people’s common courtesy should kick in. While my brain is functioning just as well as it did pre-pregnancy, thank you very much, there are some realities I can’t ignore.

I wouldn't have given Natasha my seat either.

There's a lot more 'I', 'me', and 'my' in that piece becuase of course there is.*

Natasha had a choice. She could have stayed home. Instead she works, 8-10 hours a day most likely, all while severely pregnant. Well, Natasha made her choice and expects men to adapt to her.

You wanted equality, you got it.

*That's why we like to use 'we'. Stole that from James Taranto.

Too Clever by Half

Via the evil dark lord Vox Day, we have an article about highly educated women lamenting the lack of suitable men. The article is titled: The Women Too Clever to Find a Boyfriend. We have the case of the lovely Natasha Hooper of London:

Yet while the 30-year-old office worker who sat down in front of her was handsome, polite and smartly-dressed, the minute Natasha brought up the Labour leader’s policies, any spark of attraction was extinguished. ‘When I mentioned Jeremy Corbyn he said: “Who’s that?” I couldn’t believe it,’ says Natasha.
After 90 minutes discussing what she describes as ‘benign’ subjects, such as reality TV and football, Natasha made her excuses and left, no closer to finding Mr Right.
With long dark hair, big brown eyes and a stunning Size 8 figure, Natasha — entering her final year at Goldsmiths, University of London — has no problem attracting male attention.
The issue, she explains, is the calibre of men she attracts. ‘I’m not claiming to be Albert Einstein, but I can’t seem to meet a man I find intellectually stimulating,’ she says. Nor is she the only well-educated young woman who says she is too clever to find love.

So we've taken the liberty of doing a little light Facebook stalking and easily found Ms. Hooper's profile.

[Sicko-Ed]

The pics on the Daily Mail's website really don't do her justice.

[You only needed a few minutes didn't you?-Ed]

Here she shows an understated English beauty, we love that, by the way. But on FB she's a total hottie.

[You downloaded, didn't you, perv?]

We decline to answer.

Actually she looks a lot like Daenerys Targaryen.

So Ms. Hooper is out on a date with a man well turned out, good looking and seemingly holding down a decent 'office'  job. Yet she bailed on the date, allegedly because he didn't know who Jeremy Corbyn is. We call bullshit. It's possible for an American bloke to never have heard of Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Given the structure of the British political system and the fact that they just had an election, there is no chance this guy hadn't heard of Corbyn. None.

Most young women will find the blokes their age undesirable. That's just science. Which is why gals often choose men who have a few years on them. Ours did. It's a maturity thing.

[Yeah, she chose that beer chugging, pledge hazing frat boy because he was mature, that's what she did-Ed].

Also, Ms. Hooper claims a bloke cancelled a date on her four times because he was drunk. Miss Hooper, having FB stalked you I say this with authority, if a man is cancelling a date on you, then he's a idiot.

We suspect the lovely Ms. Hooper is being waaaay too picky. We mean, 'he's two inches two short', kind of picky. We mean, 'He likes pleated pants' kind of picky. We mean, 'I have 42 things I want in a man and he has to have all of them' kind of picky.

The rest of the gals in the article are ok looking. We'd go with the 41 year old redhead in a second. We feel for her, actually.

[What you really mean is you want to feel her, perv-Ed]

She's 41 and single. She has a better chance of getting struck by lightening than getting married. behold:
Her longest relationship, for two years, was in her mid-30s with a musician. It ended because she disapproved of his use of cannabis.
‘Since then I’ve used online dating and tried to date only those who specified a similar level of education on their profile,’ she says.
‘But we had nothing in common. Men think I’m too serious. I want to talk about psychology and literature — they’re obsessed with UFOs and Harry Potter. Perhaps I’m too fussy, but I’m bored within an hour.’
Andrea, you're too serious. Also, given the cannabis issue you're probably something of a scold. A nagger. And therein lies the problem. Men hate nagging. A hundred years ago, Andrea, you'd have been in the women's temperance movement demanding votes for women, chastity for men and sobriety for all. Forty years ago you'd be saying things like, 'That's not funny'.

Now we come to the case of Ms. Becca Potter, a working class girl gone to college:
‘The boys at my school mostly went into manual jobs after we left and seemed to think I had a high opinion of myself for going to university,’ says Becca. ‘They say I’m too bright for them.’
Becca recalls a factory worker she asked out in a bar while home for the holidays turning her down because she was ‘too clever’ for him.
‘We were having a great chat until he found out I was at university,’ says Becca. ‘I insisted I wasn’t too clever for him and he agreed to go on a shopping trip together for our first date.
An American may well be baffled by what is happening here but you are English, Ms Potter, and you should damn well understand that these North Country Blokes find your education off putting because of English notions of class. They see your education as a rejection of the working class. Your putting on airs, Ms. Potter.  We bet you're accent has gotten muddled. Also, to be frank, you're just another young woman with a useless education. They're all over the English speaking world. Ms. Potter, you're not that pretty, you're not that special. But you know what? If you found the right 'manual jobs' bloke, he'll work hard, take care of and worship you. More so than the public school toffs you crave.

This dating thing was sooo much easier before feminism, wasn't it?

Morning Thoughts on the Wimin's Strike

So today is some kind of International Women's Strike.

The jokes write themselves...does this mean no nagging today?

Awwww...honey, are you mad?

Anyway, Once one understands that feminism is an international Marxist conspiracy to destroy Western Civilization this all makes sense, thanks Robert Stacey McCain. Get his book. Do it now!

In short feminists are miserable and they want all the women who landed husbands and have kids and houses and such to be miserable too.

But what about the women's lib movement you ask.

Don't kid yourself, Betty Friedan didn't liberate anyone, technology did. You know who got women out of the house? Whoever invented the clothes washer, the dish washer, the range oven, the vacuum cleaner and all the other household items that grandma kept house with after the war. Women got out of the house and went to work because there was no need for them to be in the house all day. Hey, there's a reason why the soaps come on at noon. The kids are school, the roast is in the oven, the dry cleaning has been picked up, and the Mrs. has a few hours to herself.

And let's get something straight, I did Mr. Mom duty with all three of my girls. So when it comes to taking care of babies and keeping house I know what the fuck I'm talking about.

Look, folks, I think most women would probably prefer having husband, home and family and getting into the workforce or going back to the workforce, when the kids are old enough. This whole feminism thing is for women of privilege who want to be doctors or lawyers or generals or something. I don't see any of them clambering to become plumbers or electrical linesmen.

No, the boys can do those jobs, am I right, Gloria?
